Push yourself physically and mentally during our 2nd Annual Weekend of Growth. This year, we will be offering two weekend challenges for participants. Our goal is to raise $10k for youth mental health.

During our 2nd Annual Weekend of Growth, we will be offering 2 weekend challenges for participants.
Both events and challenges are completely free and optional with the goal of raising $10k total for youth mental health while growing physically and mentally.

Classic 4x4x48 Weekend Challenge - more running/exercise
- When: Start @ 6pm on Friday 2/25, End Sunday 2/27 @ 3pm (CT)
- Where: Virtual or a Location disclosed to participants in Eagan, Minnesota
- What you need? A safe 4 mile running path or a place to exercise for 40 minutes available 24/7
- Description: Simple but not easy...you can choose to Run 4 miles or Exercise for 40 minutes every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. In total, you will either run 48 miles or exercise for 8 hours total in 28 hours.
- Schedule
Friday:
- 6pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 10pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
Saturday:
- 2am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 6am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 10am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 2pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 6pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 10pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
Sunday:
- 2am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 6am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 10am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 2pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
Weekend of Growth Challenge - less running/exercise
- When: Start @ 6pm on Friday 3/4, End Sunday 3/6 @ 3pm (CT)
- Where: Virtual or Locations disclosed to participants near Minneapolis, MN
- What you need? A safe 4 mile running path or a place to run/walk for 40 minutes available 24/7, notebook with paper and pencil, and a sauna/ice bath optional.
- Description: Starting at 6pm on Friday 3/4, there will be a challenge released on our Instagram page every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. In total, there will be 12 challenges, about 40 minutes each, to help you grow physically and mentally.

- 10pm Self Exploration Writing Prompt
Saturday:
- 2am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 6am Patriot Pushup Challenge
- 10am Memorial Writing Prompt
- 2pm "Knowledge is Power" Hour
- 6pm Sensory Walk
- 10pm Meditation, Reading or Prayer
Sunday:
- 2am Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes
- 6am Self Exploration Writing Prompt
- 10am Sauna/Ice Bath @ home or Embrace North Linden Hills
- 2pm Run 4 miles or Exercise 40 minutes (optional meetup @ Bde Maka Ska)
FAQ's
Wait, so there are two events?
Correct! This is an extremely difficult challenge, so most participants will only be partaking in one of the two, while others may challenge themselves to both. Send us a direct message with any questions!
How do I signup?

I'm not physically ready for this. What can I do?
Consider a substitute for running. Instead, do X for 40 minutes every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. Here are some ideas: walking, writing, reading, praying, meditating, playing an instrument, learning a new language etc or create your own blend of challenges! This weekend is about growth - just do what you can do!
I don't live in Minnesota. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! All of these challenges can be completed on your own!
I have plans that weekend. Can I still participate?
Sure! The 12 Weekend of Growth challenges will be posted on our Instagram page. Jump in to join for as many challenges as you can, or choose a different weekend to go back to complete them on your own!
How will the $10k donation help youth mental health?
This year, we have partnered up with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) to help support youth mental health. Learn more on our donation page here.
